10 Days Tour from Tangier Program
Day 1: Meet you in Tangier Port and drive to Chefchaouen
On the first day of your 10 days tour from Tangier around Morocco, we will meet you at Tangier’s port or airport and begin driving to Hercules Cave, one of Tangier’s most famous sights. Continue to Chefchaouen, the blue city, via the Rif Mountains, taking in the breathtaking scenery.
There is a free walk-in to Chefchaouen to enjoy the highlights of the small Medina, where you will meet Moroccan culture for the first time. Chefchaouen overnight.
Driving time: 3-4 hours

Optional activities include a 45-minute hike and a guided city tour.
Day 2: Chefchaouen – Volubilis – Meknes – Fes
After breakfast at the Riad in Chefchaouen, we will set out for Volubilis, passing through Ouazzane and other Rif villages with lush green fields in the springtime.
We will stop in Volubilis to explore the Roman ruins and learn about this amazing archeological site from Moroccan history. Following that, we will travel to Meknes, a 17th-century heritage city, where we will stop for lunch and walk around the historical Medina, Bab El Mansour, and pay a visit to the Moulay Ismail Mausoleum.
We continue to Fes after discovering Meknes, where you will spend the night in the heart of Fes Medina.

Day 3: Fes Sightseeing
Today is for walking through the alleys and small streets of Morocco’s oldest city, Fes. Our tour of Fes Medina begins with a stop at the Royal Palace gate, the Jewish headquarters, and the first Mellah ever built, and is followed by “Getting Lost in the Medina.” With your local guide, walk through the Majestic Medina alleys, high wall walls, and local souks. Lunch should be served at a nearby restaurant. Later in the tour, the famous tanneries of Fes, Bonania Madrasa, and Qarouiyine University, founded in 857-879 as the spiritual and educational center of the city of Fes, are explored.
Later, we will transport you to your authentic Riad in Fes’ Medina.

Day 4: Fes – Sahara Desert – Merzouga
At 8 a.m., we continue our private tour of Morocco’s Sahara desert from the Riad in Fes, passing through the Middle Atlas Mountains, the Ifrane National Park, and Ifrane town, also known as Morocco’s Switzerland. Stop for a coffee, take in the scenery, and snap some photos. We travel to Azrou to see the Barbary ape monkeys in the enchanted cedar forest.
If you want to try a Moroccan Tagine, stop in Midelt for lunch in a restaurant or somewhere along the way. By the afternoon, we will have crossed the Tizi N Talghamt pass and arrived in Errachidia, admiring the views of the Ziz gorges, which offer incredible photographic opportunities and where our drivers know the best spots. Take in the breathtaking view of Ziz Valley. It directs you to Erg Chebbi Dunes, passing through Aoufous and Erfoud, the fossil capital.
Riding a camel is an exotic experience that you should try. It will take us 1 hour and 30 minutes to arrive at our luxury camp, where we will spend the night under the Saharan stars.

Day 5: Merzouga – Todra gorges – Dades gorges
There is an incredible sunrise if you wake up early to discover it. it is truly magical when the first light touches the reddish dunes of Erg Chebbi.
After breakfast, we can still peacefully ride the camels back to the dunes’ edge to appreciate the spectacular Erg Chebbi dunes’ unique beauty. Perhaps a morning quad-biking adventure
At 9. a.m. We will depart for the Todra Gorges, a popular rock-climbing destination in Morocco. Enjoy the highest and most narrow west gorges, where we can provide you with peaceful walking. Our Morocco tour then continues to Dades Valley for dinner and lodging.

Day 6: Dades Valley – Ait Ben Haddou – Marrakech
We arrived in Dades Valley after driving over 1000 kilometers from where we began our 10-day tour in Morocco! It is only day 6 of the trip; there is still a lot to see!
Today, we drive through the Valley of a Thousand Kasbahs, which is always spectacular in April and May when the roses bloom. Continue to Ouarzazate, where we will visit the Cinema Studio and the Taourirt Kasbah.
We travel to Ksar Ait Ben Haddou, the most restored ksar in the south and a UNESCO World Heritage Site. We walk around the grounds and eat lunch nearby. Later, we continue to Marrakech by crossing the High Atlas mountain range via Tizi N Ticheka Pass (2260 m), which offers stunning views of the Atlas Mountains’ small valleys and Berber villages.
I arrived in Marrakech in the early evening and spent the night in Medina.

Day 7: Guided tour in Marrakech city
A full-day sightseeing tour of Marrakech, one of Morocco’s most beautiful cities, which was founded at the end of the 12th century by the Almoravid dynasty. Its history, colors, smells, local culture, wheatear, its famous Jemaa El Fna Square, and its souks, which are in unique harmony, have always drawn visitors from all over the world.
Our local guide will take you to the city’s most notable highlights. The Saadian Tombs, the Koutoubia mosque with its minaret, the Bahia Palace, the Souks, and Jemaa el Fna Square are all included in a guided tour of Marrakech.
Later, our driver will take you to see the beautiful Majorelle Garden and drive you through the New City before dropping you off at your Riad or hotel.

Day 8: Marrakech to Essaouira
Essaouira is a popular tourist destination.” The Portuguese inhabitants used to call it Mogador. It is a charming small coastal town known for its local handicrafts, particularly thuya wood furniture, carvings, and small art crafts, which are sold in numerous shops along the winding streets.
Following being when you arrive in Essaouira around midday, you will have time to walk around it. Do not miss the harbor in its Medina and local markets, where all the anglers congregate, selling their wares, and even cooking for people.
